Rates and Payments
Rates are per apartment/room and for the period indicated at the time of booking. The total cost of the stay is communicated in the proposal. The reservation is considered confirmed only after payment has been completed. No deposit is required.
Breakfast
Breakfast is not included in the price of the stay. Guests can take advantage of partnerships with nearby cafés, listed in the guide that will be sent after booking and online check-in. Rooms are equipped with a kettle, tea, coffee, and pastries.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out (on request and subject to availability):
- Departure by 12:00 → supplement of €15
- Departure by 14:00 → supplement of €30
- Departure after 14:00 → charge for an additional night
Departure after 10:00 without prior agreement automatically results in the application of the corresponding supplement, payable by bank transfer or card payment via link by the day of departure.
Online Check-in (Mandatory)
Before arrival, completion of the online check-in via the property's portal is mandatory. The following are required:
- Photo of a valid ID document for each guest
- Selfie of each guest holding their ID
The group leader may upload documents on behalf of all guests. Following booking confirmation, a dedicated communication will be sent containing all instructions and the link to the portal to complete the procedure. Without completion of the online check-in for all guests, it will not be possible to receive the access instructions for the property.
Access to the Property
Access to the property is via PIN code and keypad. The PIN code is strictly personal and may under no circumstances be shared with persons not included in the reservation. Any violation of this rule shall be considered the responsibility of the registered guests.
Guests and Access
Hosting persons not registered in the reservation is strictly prohibited. Access to the property is permitted exclusively to duly registered guests.
Pets
Pets are admitted only at the dedicated rate with supplement for stays with animals.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all premises of the property.
Room Cleaning
Room cleaning is carried out by 10:00 in the morning, unless otherwise agreed. If the room is not vacated by this time, cleaning will not be performed.
Liability for Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The compensation amount will be assessed and communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- Late cancellation (less than 7 days before check-in): 100% of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
- Non-refundable rate: in case of bookings with a non-refundable rate, no refund will be provided regardless of the date of cancellation.
